40+ Years of Facility Management Experience

TFM Services began in December of 1985 and was founded by Russell Thrash. We started as a retail floor specialist and currently provide an assortment of building services throughout seventeen (17) states.

Our story

With our Corporate Headquarters located in Wichita, Kansas, we also have regional managers in Nebraska, Oklahoma and Kansas City. Over the course of 40+ years TFM Services has evolved into one of the leading facility management groups in the Midwest, while retail floors still remains one of our greatest strengths.

TFM Services has hand selected and assembled a very dynamic management team with over 150 years of industry experience. Our team has many experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) that are extremely knowledgeable in many facets of building services.

We believe in weekly face to face contact while performing quality assurance inspections with our customers, in turn, this creates 100% calibration while establishing clear expectations. With over 150 employees and over 70+ partners throughout seventeen states,  we can handle any customers needs.

TFM Services has a current customer base with dozens of partnerships that exceed 20 years. Each of these clients are accustom to our standards, quality assurance and integrity. We must be doing something right!

President/CEO

Patrick Phillips, a 35-year industry veteran, is a true leader that recognizes the value of team. He is responsible for surrounding himself with knowledgeable, professional, and experienced teammates, and empowering them to contribute to the success of the company.

Vice President

With nearly 30-years prior experience in the corporate retail grocery industry, Ben Huhs understands what it takes to deliver an exceptional experience through best-in-class service.

Controller

Phil is an experienced Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

Theresia Kirby

Area Manager

Theresia Kirby joins TFM Services as Territory Sales Manager for Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, bringing over a decade of expertise in operations, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Brian Chard

Area Manager

Brian Chard has 20+ years in management, teaching, retail & customer service. Brian is a manager of over 60 accounts for building maintenance and services in Kansas/Missouri.

Michelle Hursey

Administrative Manager

Michelle came to TFM with an extensive background in the construction equipment industry where she specialized in credit, collections, and customer service.

Austin Washburn

Concrete Subject Expert

Austin Washburn has been a leading component of the success of our concrete polishing division. Standards and end result are what drives Austin.

Raef Phillips

Area Manager

Phillips is new to the industry but has amazing drive, by 26 Phillips had moved to Maui, Hawaii and while there became a Sous Chef, and learned a whole new language, Phillips is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. His drive and willingness to learn is why we at TFM Services believe he will be a perfect fit to complement our already amazing Executive team.

Zack Winn

Zack has over 10-years’ industry experience in retail and commercial janitorial services with TFM Services. He has responsibility for more than 50 accounts for building maintenance services across Kansas & Oklahoma.
